About the role
You'll embed with client product teams as a senior designer, leading research, interaction design, and visual polish for systems used by millions of people. Accessibility is a hard requirement, not a stretch goal.
What you’ll do
Lead end-to-end design on client engagements
Run research sessions with end users and operators
Validate accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) as a first-class concern
Build and maintain client-side design systems
Mentor client designers on Aightify's craft standards
What we’re looking for

6+ years of product design in production
- ✓
Portfolio that demonstrates accessibility-first thinking
- ✓
Familiarity with healthcare, finance, or government contexts
- ✓
Fluency with modern design tooling (Figma, etc.)
- ✓
Strong written communication
