Aightify is a senior engineering consultancy that designs, builds, and operates production systems for organisations that can’t afford to be an experiment.
Story
Started by engineers, for engineers.
In 2018, our founders were running platform teams at large healthcare and financial services companies. They saw the same pattern over and over: ambitious product ideas bogged down by understaffed internal teams and revolving-door consultancies.
Aightify started as a two-person team in a converted warehouse in SoMa. The thesis was simple — staff every engagement with senior engineers, charge a flat monthly fee, and stay accountable for what we ship in production.
Eight years later we are 120+ people across San Francisco, London, and Singapore. We have shipped hundreds of systems in healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and the public sector — and we still staff every engagement with seniors.
