About the role
You'll join our Applied AI practice, building LLM-powered systems for regulated industries. Expect to spend half your time on evaluation infrastructure and half on shipping systems that hold up to production scrutiny.
What you’ll do
Design and ship LLM-powered systems in production
Build evaluation harnesses that catch regressions in CI
Work with clients on safety and guardrail requirements
Contribute to Aightify's internal AI patterns
Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem
What we’re looking for
- ✓
4+ years building production ML or AI systems
- ✓
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and retrieval pipelines
- ✓
Comfort with evaluation methodology and statistical rigor
- ✓
Experience with regulated AI deployments is a strong plus
- ✓
Strong written communication; we ship via documentation
